  • 1.1:In accordance with Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December, on Protection of Personal Data,PROMERIAL S.L. informs the User/client that there exist a file which contains the personal data collected through the website for the purpose of providing information and the services and products offered in this website. This file is the responsibility of PROMERIAL S.L. and is registered in the competent authority as CLIENTS/USERS.
  • 1.2:Users/clients expressly accept the incorporation of the data collected during browsing or through any survey, as well as those derived from any possible commercial relationship, to the file referred to in section 1. Any time the clients are required to provide personal data, they will be duly informed by a hyperlink or an explicit mention in the survey itself about the mandatory nature of the collection of the data. Clients that register in our website are required the data which are necessary to provide the services we offer.
  • 1.3: Users making available their personal data can exercise their rights of data rectification or cancellation and opposition in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down in the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999. These files are the responsibility of PROMERIAL S.L. and they are registered in the competent authority in accordance with current legislation. In Registration forms where personal data are required, mandatory fields for registration to take effect will be indicated. Unless otherwise stated, answers to questions on personal data are optional and the lack of answer to these questions will not affect the quality or quantity of the services offered.
  • 1.8: The processing of all personal data collected as a result of application, use, hiring of any product or service or any transaction or operation made through this website (including those provided by the clients for advertising purposes) aims at maintaining the contractual relationship, if any, with the entity that owns this website.

However, personal data or any other available information which shall be required in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions will be provided to the competent authorities. Personal data shall be kept in the files held by PROMERIAL S.L. once the commercial relationships formalized through this website expires for the aforementioned purposes exclusively and, in any case, they will be available to the administrative and judicial authorities during the legal time period.
